This Chocolate Peanut Butter Yogurt Smoothie recipe is a creamy, nutty, and delicious blend of wholesome ingredients.   • 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • ¼ cup plain coconut yogurt
  • 2 tbsp unsalted peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein
  • Sea salt, pinch
  • 1 frozen banana


  1. Blend the Liquids & Powders. First, add the non-dairy milk, yogurt, nut butter, seeds, cacao powder, vanilla plant protein, and sea salt, to a high-speed blender. Blend these ingredients until smooth.
  2. Blend the Frozen Ingredients. Next, add in the frozen banana. Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, you can pause the blender, remove the lid, and scrape down the sides so that everything is fully incorporated. You may need to add a little more liquid depending on how thick/thin you like your smoothies.
  3. Serve. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately.
