Description

All the flavor that you love in pumpkin pie in a smoothie. This Pumpkin Yogurt Protein Smoothie is a liquid pumpkin pie in a glass, but made with good-for-you ingredients. Created with frozen banana, vanilla protein powder, almond butter, and pumpkin spice yogurt. It’s full of fall flavor, while being packed with nutrients, making it perfect for a healthy post workout treat.

Always opt for organic ingredients.

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 (5 oz) Culina Pumpkin Spice Plant Based Yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp raw almond butter
  • ½ tsp pumpkin spice
  • ¼ tsp ceylon cinnamon
  • Sea salt, pinch
  • 1 frozen banana

Instructions

  1. Blend Liquids & Powders. First, add the non-dairy milk, yogurt, protein powder, seeds, nut butter, and spices, to a high-speed blender. Blend these ingredients until smooth.
  2. Blend Frozen Banana. Next, add in the frozen banana. Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, you can pause the blender, remove the lid, and scrape down the sides so that everything is fully incorporated. You may need to add a little more non-dairy milk depending on how thick/thin you like your smoothies
  3. Serve. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately.
