This Vanilla Almond Granola is perfectly sweet, crunchy, crispy, and nutty! Combine healthy ingredients including rolled oats, almonds, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon, to create this easy homemade granola recipe. Sprinkle on top of smoothie bowls, yogurt, almond milk, or enjoy by the handful!

Always opt for organic ingredients.

  • Preheat the oven to 325ºF.
  • Begin by adding rolled oats, almonds, and cinnamon, to a large mixing bowl. Then stir together.
  • In a separate, microwave safe bowl, combine the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Heat briefly in the microwave for 20-30 seconds, or in a small saucepan, until warm, but not bubbly. Mix again.
  • Pour the wet ingredients onto the dry, and mix to evenly coat.
  • Spread onto a lined baking sheet and bake for a total of 20 minutes, at 325ºF, stirring half-way through.
  • Cool completely. Then, enjoy or transfer to an airtight jar/container.

  • Organic & gluten-free rolled oats are best for this granola recipe. I don’t recommend using quick oats, because you won’t achieve the best results.
  • Use almond butter or this granola recipe. It should be runny, like a thick liquid, and made with 1 ingredient, almonds. However, you can replace with your favorite nut or seed butter.
  •  To make this granola recipe even crunchy, use roasted and unsalted almonds.
  • While granola is baking, be sure to keep an eye on it. Depending on your oven, the cook time might differentiate. If your oven cooks faster or your granola is browning, reduce the cook time by 2-3 minutes.
  • Don’t forget togently stir the granola, keeping the clusters intact, at the 10 minute mark. This helps ensure even baking.
  • Cool completely to achieve large clusters, before eating or transferring to an airtight jar/container.
